Tell your friends, book with your house, and save money on your move. Here's how both schemes work.
Refer a friend
Share MoveMe. Earn £10.
Every MoveMe customer gets a unique referral code in their booking confirmation email. When a friend books using your code, you get £10 back and they get 20% off their booking. There's no limit — refer as many friends as you like.
How much do you get?
You: £10 cash back, paid within 7 days of your friend booking.
Your friend: 20% off their package — automatically applied when they enter your code.

Important
Referral codes are single-use per person — each friend can only use one referral code. You can refer as many friends as you like. Cashback is processed within 7 days of the referred person completing their booking and payment.
Book as a house
Moving with your housemates? Save together.
If two or more people from the same house or flat book together, you each get a discount. The more of you that book, the bigger the saving.

First person books and ticks "House group booking"On the booking form, tick the box saying you're booking as a house. You'll receive a unique group code in your confirmation email — e.g. HOUSE-CU-4829.

Share the group code with your housematesEach housemate enters the group code on their booking form. Their place is reserved — but payment isn't taken yet.

Everyone receives a payment link automaticallyOnce all housemates have submitted their booking, everyone gets a payment link with the group discount already applied.

Everyone pays and gets confirmedOnce all payments are complete, full booking confirmations go out to everyone. Your slots are locked in.
One week window
All housemates must book and pay within 7 days of the first person booking. If the group isn't complete within 7 days, each person will receive a payment reminder at the standard price. So don't hang about — share the code as soon as you get it.
Who qualifies?
House group bookings are open to students sharing the same address — whether that's a student house in Cathays or Roath, or a shared flat in halls. You don't need to book on the same date, just under the same group code.

Common questions
Can I use both a referral code and a group booking code?
No — only one discount can be applied per booking. If you have both, use whichever gives you the bigger saving. The group discount (15–20%) is usually better than the referral discount (20% off for the referred person only), but check both.
When do I get my referral code?
Your unique referral code is in your booking confirmation email. It's sent immediately after you submit your booking — check your inbox (and spam folder just in case).
What if my housemate doesn't book in time?
If the group window expires, everyone who hasn't paid will receive a reminder at the standard price. Your slot is still reserved — you just won't get the group discount. You'll need to pay the full price to confirm.
How does the £10 referral cashback get paid to me?
It's processed as a partial refund to your original payment method via Stripe, within 7 days of your friend completing their booking. You don't need to do anything — we handle it automatically.
Is there a limit on referrals?
No limit at all. Refer 10 friends, get £100 back. The more the merrier.
Can I use a referral code if I've already booked?
Referral codes need to be entered at the time of booking — we can't apply them retroactively. Make sure you have the code ready before you start the booking form.
