You book online and choose your collection date. We deliver your boxes beforehand and you pack them up. For students in Cardiff University accommodation (such as Talybont or University Hall), we collect using our keycard access system so you do not need to be there. For all other students (Cardiff Met, University of Bristol and UWE), you or someone you nominate will need to be present at the property for collection. Your belongings then go into our secure Cardiff storage and we deliver them to your new address in July or September when you are ready.

Pack it, Lock it, Leave it is exclusively available to students living in Cardiff University accommodation (such as Talybont or University Hall). It is not available at Cardiff Met, University of Bristol or UWE. Cardiff University accommodation students can pack their boxes, lock their room and head home early - we use the university keycard system to collect belongings on the chosen date, so there is no need to wait around on moving day.

We cover Cardiff University, Cardiff Metropolitan University, University of Bristol and UWE Bristol. If your university is not listed, get in touch at elliot@movemecardiff.co.uk and we may still be able to help.

Our prices are the same for all universities - Cardiff University, Cardiff Met, University of Bristol and UWE all pay the same rates. Prices start from £89 for a same-day Day Move with no storage. Summer storage packages start at £130 for up to 5 boxes. All packages include free boxes, bubble wrap, tape and labels. There are no hidden fees.

No problem at all. You can book without a move-in address and update it any time before collection through our Manage My Booking page. We just need it confirmed at least 2 weeks before your delivery date.

Yes - you can update your collection date, delivery date, address and package at any time before collection through our Manage My Booking page using your booking reference and email address.

Cancellations more than 7 days before collection receive a full refund. Between 3 and 7 days, you receive a 50% refund. Within 3 days of collection the booking is non-refundable. To cancel, email elliot@movemecardiff.co.uk with your booking reference.
