MoveMe Students Ltd — Service Agreement
1. Booking & Payment — Your booking is confirmed once payment is received via Stripe. The price shown is the total price. No hidden fees.
2. Collection — All boxes must be packed, sealed and labelled before your agreed collection window. We are not responsible for unpacked items.
3. Storage — Belongings are stored securely at our Cardiff facility. We recommend contents insurance for high-value items.
4. Redelivery — IMPORTANT — Redelivery must take place within the available dates on the booking form (July or September slots). If you are not ready to receive your belongings within these dates, extended storage charges of £30 per additional week will apply. It is your responsibility to have a confirmed address ready and to respond to redelivery communications within 7 days. Failure to respond may result in additional charges.
5. Cancellations — More than 7 days before collection: full refund. Within 7 days: non-refundable. Date changes subject to availability and must be requested 5 days in advance.
6. Liability — Our liability is limited to the cost of the service booked.
7. Referrals & Group Bookings — Referral cashback paid within 7 days of referred person completing payment. Group discounts require all members to book and pay within 7 days of the first booking. If threshold not met, original price applies.
