MoveMe Students Ltd — Service Agreement
1. Booking & Payment — Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received via Stripe. The price shown is the total price; there are no hidden fees.
2. Collection — You are responsible for having all boxes packed, sealed and labelled before the agreed collection window. We are not responsible for items left unpacked.
3. Storage — Your belongings will be stored securely in our Cardiff facility. We take reasonable care but recommend you have contents insurance for high-value items.
4. Redelivery — We will contact you to arrange delivery to your new address. You must be available to receive the delivery or arrange for someone to be present.
5. Cancellations — Cancellations made more than 7 days before your collection date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
6. Liability — Our liability is limited to the cost of the service booked. We are not liable for indirect losses.
